Brittany Tackett is a transformational life coach, writer, and speaker in the mental health field. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with specialization in Transformational Life Coaching and International Certificate in Behavioral Studies.

Brittney Morse is a Reputation Management Coordinator for American Addiction Centers. Brittney is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology and a master’s degree in psychology. Brittney has 5 years clinical experience working in the field of addiction, at all levels of care.

Camille Zalar earned her master's in health administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and her nursing degrees from Kent State University in Ashtabula, Ohio. She is a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) with over 20 years of experience working in behavioral, mental health, and addiction care. She’s an advocate for patients and families seeking treatment services and has dedicated much of her work toward raising awareness around barriers to comprehensive treatment in the United States. Camille has presented addiction treatment initiatives to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary for Health and the U.S. Surgeon’s General on behalf of the Northeast Ohio Hospital Opioid Consortium. She has led multiple education projects as a subject matter expert in developing substance use disorder education for Ohio nurses. She serves on the board of directors for the Addictions Nursing Certification Board for U.S. and Canada, and the Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services board. In 2020, Camille was named a Fellow of the International Academy of Addictions Nursing, exemplifying excellence in nursing practice, research, administration, and education in addictions nursing.

Candace Plattor, M.A., R.C.C., is an Addictions Therapist in private practice.

Candace specializes in working with the family and other loved ones of people who are struggling with addiction, in her unique and signature Family Addiction Therapy Program.

Candace believes that everyone in the family is affected by addiction and everyone needs to heal. For more than 25 years, she has been helping both addicts and their loved ones understand their dysfunctional behaviors and make healthier life choices.

Cassandra Keuma is a Licensed Practical Counselor Candidate. She has her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and is also a 500 hour certified Yoga Therapist.

Cassandra's clinical experience includes youth corrections where she worked with both the general population and the sex offender population, inpatient psychiatric care where she worked with clients with varying degrees of mental illness and those who had attempted suicide, and residential treatment where she worked as a group and individual therapist with clients dealing with addiction to substances.

She is currently working with the University of Utah conducting research on the benefits of mindfulness in treating those with chronic pain while also focusing on reducing their reliance upon highly addictive opiates.

Cathy Taughinbaugh is a Certified Parent Coach who specializes in working with parents of children struggling with substance use.
She is also a parent coach with the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids and creator of www.cathytaughinbaugh.com, a website providing information for families on prevention, addiction, and recovery.
Cathy lives in California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pacific. She was an educator for 15 years.

Since retiring from a career as a medical, geriatric, and public social worker, Charles Hooper has published hundreds of articles and blog posts on a variety of topics, including health and medicine, substance abuse, politics and government, and advocacy. His professional work included guiding clients with mental health and substance abuse challenges to the proper treatment.Charles graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a master's degree in social work. He also received an Outstanding Scholar award and graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where he majored in sociology and political science.

Christine Laplante is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a multitude of trainings in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, integrated healthcare and human sexual development. Her clinical experience ranges from child through adult, and incorporates individual, relationship, family and group counseling services.

Christine currently works as a Director of a Care Management program for a Federal Qualified Health Center and maintains a private therapeutic practice where she focuses on trauma-informed care. Christine also contracts with local government units to provide rape crisis interventions and teaches psychology courses at a local community college.
