Treatment Philosophy
Oxford Treatment Center is a 110 acre campus located within the Holly Springs National Forest. With a 5-acre lake, ducks, geese and beautiful undisturbed forest land, the rural setting at Oxford Treatment Center offers a tranquil healing environment. Our approach to addiction treatment is a holistic one, seeking to restore hope and health to individuals who come to us out of painful, self-destructive patterns. It’s not enough to end a physical dependency through successful medical detox. On the other side of that first step, the individual in recovery must have the right support in place to break those old habits and replace them with new ones. He or she must find a new way to fill the void that drugs or alcohol once did — essentially, find a new meaning in life. At Oxford Treatment Center, our team of dedicated professionals consists of a medical director, a board certified addictions psychiatrist, a board certified internist, and 6 board certified nurse practitioners. The most unique hallmark of our team of medical providers is an average of 8 year tenure at Oxford Treatment Center. The medical provider cohort is proud of the stability and commitment it provides to our patients.

My process group in silver deserves the majority of credit for my sobriety, other than the hard work I put in cause without my group peers and Ms Kesha I don't think I could have made it. My gratitude is immense and I pray that everyone stays sober.

Townsend Recovery Center, New Orleans

Thirty one short days ago I was one foot off the cliff of life. Looking down ready to jump due to the depths of my depression & addiction. Battling my demons for almost thirty years, it has taken me through the depths of living hell. It was at that time, I was on the way to the Ochsner hospital contemplating that jump . Something told me to call Townsand as last plea, knowing there would be waiting list. Upon calling the blessings started to appear. Within twelve hours I was walking though the front door. Only two be greeted by the most passionate and sincere nurses I’ve ever met. It wasn’t long before the tech supervisor, would be catering to any an every need! And that wouldn’t stop there! Thank you to my doctor for putting up with our sessions and assessments full of tears of pain. You are the most knowledgeable and passionate addiction doctor I’ve ever sat down with. The people here truly have saved my life and taught me how to love myself again. I want to thank my counselor for guiding me back to loving myself again. From the moment I walked in until my final day the staff has been nothing short of God-sent people. These people genuinely care about the outcome of their patients! After over dozen stays in treatment centers & mental institutions spanning over multiple states. Hands down the state of the art accommodations ,cleanliness , and overall knowledgeable staff is bar none. If you have a loved one or if your suffering from the depths of addiction. I can’t recommend this place enough! Words can’t describe the gratitude I have for this experience. Tears of joy roll down my face as I write this because I have my life again. And it’s all because this place an there staff! You guys truly do care and it shows in your work ethic! Regards, David 5/7/2019

The COUNSELORS are very good. They don't play. They tell you about the reality of the disease. The food was great! What I viewed as weaknesses, while I was there, turned into strengths. They did run out of AA big books! They offer a good program, yet you have to do the work. They helped me with my foundation, and I will be forever grateful.

New Beginnings Adolescent Recovery Center

I didn't know what to expect. Actually, I expected it to be much more like the state-run facilities I had tried in the past. It far exceeded my expectations! It's a good treatment center full of people who really want to make a difference in the world. They care, first and foremost.
