When you are putting money into your health, your future and your family’s wellbeing, you want to make sure you’re making the right choice for your Anthony substance abuse recovery center. While the most prudent option may still be to talk to our hotline advisors so they can discuss your personal requirements, seeing how people are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehabilitation clinics in or around your area is another good way to begin.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
Christine the therapist that leads the Veterans group was very helpful. It was the class I got the most out of because it was tailor made and geared toward the veteran mentality. The level of professionalism and the tailoring towards veterans who have dual diagnosis with substance abuse and other issues was great. TA Cecil, Shane, Brandon, and Randy were super stellar and did more than I asked. The kitchen staff was great, Angie and Glenda were always very courteous and brought a smile to the dining experience. Nurse Rebecca, Glenn, Arceli & Leah, and Frank showed unbelievable patience and professionalism. My case manager Veronica aided me tremendously in providing after care options as well as researching different housing, sober living, and funding. She was very involved with my VA. It was remarkable that my case manager, my therapist, and my providers spoke VA-ease and made calls on my behalf without me having to prompt them. They treat you like an adult here which was instrumental for me so that I could conduct a job search between classes and after hours, in addition having access to my cell phone which kept me in touch with my support network, friends and family. The rooms are fantastic, the bed is better than mine, and mine is pretty good! The cleanliness is like a 4 star hotel. I recommend the 15 minute Town Hall meetings in the morning and the daily AA/NA meetings on site. They have an excellent computer lab with full functionality, with very high speed internet connectivity in case you forget your own device. In 56 days here, I gained something positive out of each and every group. I was able to update and refine my list of triggers and to receive a take away from each day to support my recovery. I highly recommend this treatment center. As a first timer, I cant imagine a better place. And the weather is great!
I really don\'t know where to start. This has all been so emotional for me. I can\'t thank Beachside enough for what they have given me. Not to get into details but I was able to overcome an obstacle or two in my life beyond just the drinking because of beachsides staff. I was treated with dignity and respect. Just because someone is an addict does give you the right to treat them like a dog. When I pulled up to the \"point house\" I couldn\'t believe it. Being from Indiana I never seen anything so beautiful. In the evening I would sit on the dock and watch the sunset. There are a couple people that I want to give special recognition to for helping me when I needed it most: a male staff member for putting up with me that first week I was here, a woman staff member for always being available, and another male staff memebr for making sure I got there in the first place. There are too many names to mention but everyone was so helpful and professional. A couple things I think they could improve on: more snacks during the day, a little more beach time, ride horses once a week and not every other week. I\'m staying now in the local town of Vero Beach so I can continue my recovery program. Great place to change your life. I would recommend to anyone
