When you are putting money toward your health, your future and your family’s happiness, you’ll need to make sure you’re making the best possible choice for your Beacon drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation facility. While the smartest alternative may still be to speak to our hotline advisors so they can discuss your individual needs, looking at the ratings and reviews on some of the addiction treatment programs near you is another great place to begin.

Just returned from rehab Jan .2016. If you are serious about your recovery, this is the place to recover. Yes It is true that you do groups around the clock but because of this, the information was instilled in my brain and in my thought process. The counselors are excellent at counseling and doing the groups. The rooms are comfortable with a study desk which was very helpful. The extras they offered, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and recreation room also contributed nicely to recovery. If you are looking to mingle with the opposite sex, Seafield is not the place for you. They are very strict about fraternizing. I strongly recommend Seafield to anyone who truly has the desire to stop using drugs and want to recover.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rules are a bit extreme. The building and sleeping quarters are very old and run down. Kind of felt like someone's pockets were being padded rather than using the cost for treatment toward making the environment more clean and comfortable. Not sure why the building has never been updated.
Location, insurance, assignments, nightly 12 step meetings in-house was nice. All on partial floor of hospital, no recreation, no creative activities, no guidance/opinion of 12 step. The aftercare placement was good --> placed me in halfway house. Took Medicaid (temp gov. Assistance ), 1 on 1 counseling through but not incisive. No "lighthouse" of brilliance.
