If you are putting money toward a family member’s health and well-being, you should make sure you’re making the right choice for your Bishop Hills alcohol and drug dependence rehabilitation program. While the best thing to do may still be to dial our hotline advisors so they can discuss your personal needs, checking out how other are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehabilitation facilities in your area is another good place to begin.
Staff, treatment options. Not much room/space/activities out doors. While I was not able to visit my family member while she was there, she speaks highly of her time spent there.
My husband's sister spent two months at this facility, which, for the price, one would hope would help. However the experience left us feeling like the price paid to treat her like royalty when really she needed to be shown what can happen when people abuse drugs and alcohol. What facilities like this seem to ignore is that giving small doses of certain drugs in order to help people "come down" from their abuse levels isn't wise in the long run. Patients only hoard these drugs to trade between each other and then once they're out of the facility, go right back to doing what they were doing in the first place. This type of treatment facility is more concerned with making people comfortable than actually addressing what the issues might be.
