When you’re putting money into your health, your future and your family’s happiness, you want to make sure you’re making the best choice for your Danburg drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation facility. While the most prudent way to go may still be to speak to our helpline advisors so they can discuss your individual needs, reading how others are reviewing or rating some of the addiction treatment facilities in your area is another excellent way to begin.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
Bethesda being a spiritual program based on biblical principles, while also incorporating other recovery steps, caught my attention. Also, the constant contact with the director, building a "trusting" relationship before my arrival, helped my final decision. My experience was not an easy one to say the least but extremely effective at Bethesda Recovery. I gained a true identity, not per say an "addict" in recovery. I was and still being restored to hopes, dreams, family and friends. Learning about Jesus Christ, and the Twelve Gates( part of this program) I found life and a future. I continue to live drug/alcohol free, and still very much affiliated with Bethesda Recovery. I strive to give back as much as they have given me. A new life.
Truly one of the best, this place helped me to gain continuous sobriety and become happily and usefully whole again. -3yrs clean and sober
As an addict (alcoholic), you lose your sense of self worth, meaningful relationships and a love for life in general. That was me when I came to Providence in 2019. The staff gave me so much love and Grace. And the counselors and volunteers who teach classes are amazing and they truly love you. While I was here, I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart. We learned about His teachings and the Bible in a way that I had never been exposed to (I did not regularly attend Church and only knew the basics of Christianity). However, I came to the program for court purposes and for pleasing others in my life. For that reason, I did not remain sober for long. I cried out to God and begged Him to save me. So I called Providence during the pandemic in 2020, and the staff immediately said come back and we’ve got you. I can’t explain it but the SAME program that I had been through was completely DIFFERENT to me. It was because I WANTED it and I opened my heart to it all. This place absolutely changed my life! There is so much love and it was so beautiful to watch others come in and be transformed too. I can now say that I am worthy and I am eternally grateful to have had the chance to ‘reset’ my life. Providence Women’s Recovery has a program where you learn to love yourself, gain confidence in living sober, and learning so many coping skills for your future. They also teach you about AA/NA, working the steps, and you attend meetings so you can be comfortable once you leave. I would 1000% recommend this place. It is so affordable, the houses are so nice and you’re surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, and you have freedom to grow into who you were destined to be. You won’t regret coming here. And just know that you’ll make lifelong friends with everyone (staff included) and will have a bigger tribe on helping you fight your disease. It works if you work it!
