When you are putting money into your health and well-being, you’ll need to make sure you’re making the best decision for your Durham alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation clinic. While the best alternative may still be to speak to our hotline experts so they can discuss your specific needs, looking at how people are reviewing or rating some of the addiction recovery facilities in or around your area is another excellent way to start.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
My experience at Sunflower was really good. The first few days I did not want to be here but, everyone was so welcoming and the classes were amazing. Can I say, the food was amazing too! I am ready to go home and start my new life by using the tools I was taught at Sunflower.
The caring provided by the staff reflects the mission of Valley Hope facilities. Treating people like human beings is the first rule to providing a trusting relationship that makes healing possible. The weaknesses are in the regulations foisted on the industry by insurances and managed care. The paperwork is so demanding that patient care often suffers due to lack of human ability to deal with the demands. Valley Hope has the best treatment philosophies of any I ever saw.
This treatment center is unmatched. The staff are people who care about the clients that are under their care. This is not my “first rodeo” as they say but I feel like I have the tools and started getting to the roots of my addiction. The facility is immaculate, clean, and beautiful that paired both independence as well as a feeling of family. The counselors in this place are 100% to notch. They made sure to give me individualized attention a number of times per week scheduled but on top of that have a truly open door policy where if something was on my mind they would take any time out of their day to help. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get my life back. I know it takes work outside of the facility as well but they made sure that I had a plan together that would help me be successful in and out of the facility. They truly care about every person that walks through the doors. And the FOOD! The woman that cooks your meals is not only a great cook but someone who invests as you as a human being. Think of your blunt, straightforward and loving grandma and then multiply that by 100. I can’t thank Gold Bridge enough for everything they’ve done for me.
