If you’re putting money toward a family member’s health and well-being, you should make sure you’re making the best choice for your Garrison drug and alcohol abuse rehabilitation program. While the best option may still be to dial our hotline experts so they can discuss your individual requirements, reading the reviews and ratings for some of the addiction recovery clinics in your area is another great place to get started.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
From Bourbon Street New Orleans to Serenity, The Right Step in Wimberley was the best choice I've ever made in my struggle with a daily meth addiction! I was admitted 1 week after Mardi Gras 2015, now it's Dec 2017 and I'm chairing Narcotics Anonymous meetings thanks to the foundation of my recovery at The Right Step. If you're struggling with an addiction please know you're worthy of a life without active addiction. My blessing to you...may your tomorrows always be better than your yesterdays.
Overall it's a good outpatient program with intensive therapy groups daily and a nice place to stay in sober living while doing your outpatient program. The food at resolutions is very good and the rooms are nice, new and clean with mini-fridges, tv's and plenty of space with maid service. The pool is also beautiful and is a nice way to relax after a long week of class. The only ding I have is regarding the individual therapy - I haven't gotten very much out of the individual sessions (it may just be my individual therapist) the group sessions/classes are beneficial and they teach about a broad range of topics including healthy relationships, mindfulness, meditation, co-occurring disorders and communication. One thing to note, you are not allowed to get a pass (leave the facility) until you are in treatment for 14 business days and no visitors are allowed to come into the facility.
