If you’re putting money into your health, your future and your family’s happiness, you need to make sure you’re making the best possible choice for your Glenn substance abuse rehabilitation program. While the best alternative may still be to dial our helpline advisors so they can discuss your individual needs, looking at how others have reviewed or rated some of the addiction rehabilitation clinics in your area is another great way to start.

I was brought to Laurelwood after being diagnosed with schizophrenia. Individual care was lacking and one employee was provoking and combative. The nurses were distant but nice. I was admitted around 5 times for a week at a time over a summer. I should have not been released while still dealing with my delusions that were causing me to attempt suicide.
I like their treatment philosophy. It's NOT about holistic medicine, exercise, or dieting. It's about getting the addict to focus on the REAL problem (addiction) and their role in the their own recovery. First and foremost, self-care and maturity are fostered over pharmaceutical fixes. Patients are expected to learn responsibility in order to handle the problems that drove them to addiction in the past.
I was a client at BRMRC from May-July. I came into Blue Ridge pregnant, and scared of judgement and of being treated poorly because of my situation. However, I was treated with such kindness, compassion, and understanding. The nursing staff made sure I was always okay and received all of the care I needed. The counselors and techs are all genuinely caring about every clients life. The are all willing to go above and beyond to make sure clients needs are met. They made sure to always be available to chat if anyone needed it. I do feel that blue ridge gave me a great foundation and understanding of recovery and a second chance at life.
