If you are putting money toward a family member’s health and well-being, you’ll want to make sure you’re making the right choice for your Houston substance abuse treatment facility. While the smartest course of action may still be to talk to our helpline advisors so they can discuss your individual requirements, checking out the ratings and reviews on some of the addiction treatment programs near you is another great way to get started.

Counselors genuinely care about my happiness and sobriety. The facility feels safe and welcoming. Everyone knows my name and is happy to see me.
March 11, 2014 was the last day I touched a drink. Today, 01/04/2020, I still have no desire to drink or go back to a life of addiction. If you are ready to do something about your addiction and you are fortunate enough to have the means to attend the PaRC than I highly recommend that you do so. The facility is very comfortable but it’s the staff in the program that makes the difference. They incorporate an excellent inpatient and outpatient program. It’s not a country club so expect to work and follow a very tight schedule. You won’t be sitting around hoping for results because you’ll be on the move the entire time you’re there. Don’t plan on popping in for a week or two because the program is designed to give you the best chance for sobriety. That means getting you away from the outside influences that are enabling your addiction. True change takes time but it is so worth it.
