If you’re putting money toward a family member’s health and well-being, you’ll need to make sure you’re making the best decision for your Kenosha alcohol and drug dependence treatment facility. While the smartest alternative may still be to speak to our hotline experts so they can discuss your specific needs, looking at how others have reviewed or rated some of the addiction rehabilitation centers in your area is another excellent way to get started.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
Wonderful facility on peaceful grounds. If you want to recover from your addiction - this is the place. The staff are amazing and challenge addicts when they need to be challenged. The most important thing I took away from Dewey is that only I could get myself sober and only I can make myself drink/use again. Sobriety is all about the choices WE make.
My son attended this facility twice over the last couple years. I thought they did a good job at caring for him and getting him on the first step of getting clean. They worked well with our family in teaching us about addiction so we can help him. Addiction affects the entire family, not just the addict. The only thing I think needs to change, is the length of stay should be more than 3 weeks. My son was in deep in drugs for a long time, and 3 weeks is not enough, Not even on his second time through. I believe each patient should be treated individually and their own needs, not what insurance will pay. However, the program itself is a very good program. I fully recommend it.
Strengths: Educational and Social programs Honoring individual spiritual beliefs. Weakness: Some of the staff members weren't too knowledgeable about the in-depth nature of the practices. I had a great experience while my father was with this facility. Despite some minor issues with certain programs and staff knowledge, everything went smoothly. It did not give me a negative view of this facility.
