If you are putting money into your health, your future and your family’s wellbeing, you need to make sure you’re making the best possible choice for your Littleton alcohol and drug addiction treatment program. While the best course of action may still be to talk to our helpline experts so they can discuss your individual needs, looking at the reviews and ratings on some of the addiction rehab facilities in your area is another good place to start.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
Good program that offers structure and flexibility. We take special trips once a month (bowling, movies, swimming, ect). Safe environment that has 2 mother's rooms for infants. On site cook that takes allergies and special diets seriously.
I can't say enough about Spring Hill Recovery Center but in the interest of brevity and in no particular order: 1. The facilities are top shelf. 2. The food was way better than what I expected. 3. Having a well equipped gym to work out in was clutch and helped my recovery. 4. The staff was remarkable and caring. Specifically: A. Marcus is a tremendous asset to SH. All of his lectures/seminars were interesting and enlightening. His passion for what he does is clearly evident. B. My clinician Chelsea was caring and compassionate. C. Sarah showed exemplary professionalism and understanding from a placement and business standpoint. She put me at ease, thoroughly explained the program and accurately set my expectations. D. Nabil is energetic, smart and willing to listen. SH is fortunate to have him captaining the ship. He is a true leader. E. John is not only a knowledgeable nurse, but his personality and friendliness made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. F. Mo, Nick, Doug and Jeff did the tough job of tracking my whereabouts courteously. They allowed me to maintain my dignity during a humbling time.
I’ve had excellent medical support since I came in. I’m on the second floor I’ve dealt with nurses like Kim, Shelby, Jamie, Gifty, Kara N and Amanda! Even CNA is like Freddy go out of their way to help me! I can’t express my gratitude towards the nursing supervisor Albert! Every single day since I have arrived he has come and found me and made sure I was safe and doing the right thing. This is how I got clean when I left here in 2019. I had almost 2 years of sobriety. I went to mass rehab and got my CADAC. As I was getting my CADAC at Westfield state university I met my wife. She had just over three years at the time. We got engaged and then married. When I completed my Quédec testing I was asked where do you want to work to do your unpaid 500 hours of intern work. I could have went anywhere. I am from Springfield so I chose Carlson recovery center. It is in a wicked bad neighborhood. But I want to help fellow attics like myself. As far as counseling my counselor Shawna is excellent! I really enjoy doing groups with Angela! My two best groups were with Mary. Tim went out of his way to come in my room at random intervals of 20 minutes and just talk about recovery. I cannot express my gratitude towards him enough. I just met Jim. I cannot express to you enough how this man goes out of his way working extra hours unpaid just to make sure people who want placement get it. I am amazed by this man and sincerely, sincerely impressed! When I left here in 2019 I do not believe I would’ve achieved sobriety if Mr. Ed O’Brien did not shake my hand leaving and say Nicholas you can do this! Then he proceeded to call me and make sure I was on the right track. Enclosing on my review I have to mention Miss Heidi Souza. We have an excellent professional relationship ! I can call him adcare and ask them to page Heidi explaining to the person answering the phone I will hold, and she may pick up and be able to talk to me or she may have to call me back because she’s working. I talk to her and she talks to me and that helped me achieve almost 2 years of sobriety. My wife was younger than me and she passed away on Valentine’s Day this year. I made it two months past that then I ended up relapsing. I truly sincerely believe Heidi is the prodigy of AdaCare! Enclosing my only complaint is NP Lynn. When I first met her she told me “you talk too fast“. I said please ask me to slow down or repeat myself. Not a great start when you’re trying to get your recovery back. Then today I explain to her that I am I am nauseous and can eat nothing but crackers for the last 48 hours is there anything you can do? I don’t remember verbatim what she said but it was some thing to the extent of now talk to them Monday and she likes the room. Yeah Dr. G really helped me and went out of her way to make sure I was safe. I have had 13 grandma seizures since I lost my wife. I obviously have issues with grief processing. This is the best facility in the commonwealth of Massachusetts! I truly hope you understand my words come from my heart.
