If you are putting money into a family member’s health, future and happiness, you want to make sure you’re making the right decision for your Long Island City alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation clinic. While the smartest choice may still be to call our helpline experts so they can discuss your specific needs, reading the ratings and reviews on some of the addiction treatment programs near you is another good place to get started.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
The staff was wonderful. However, the area is too busy. The programs and staff make you feel very comfortable.
Location, insurance, assignments, nightly 12 step meetings in-house All on partial floor of hospital, no recreation, no creative activities, no guidance/opinion of 12 step. The aftercare placement was good --> placed me in halfway house. Took Medicaid, 1 on 1 counseling through but not incisive. No "lighthouse" of brilliance.
I attended this program for a year and it's changed my life. I've now been sober of 18 months and I don't ever want the life I had before God and this home entered my life. I'm so greatful that this home provided me with a new way of living.
