When you’re investing in your health and happiness, you should make sure you’re making the best decision for your Malo substance abuse treatment clinic. While the smartest way to go may still be to speak to our hotline experts so they can discuss your personal requirements, checking out how others have reviewed or rated some of the addiction rehabilitation centers in or around you is another good way to start.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
Comprehensive has changed my life tremendously since April they have a great receptionist staff referral team sud counselors and great assessments I recommend this to all ages if it wasn't for comprehensive I wouldn't have a roof over my head thank y
CDPs are well equipped with knowledge inspiration and hope that encouraged me to thrive in a brand new way of life. Genuine CDP that cared for their clients without being annoying. The chefs and quality of food was outstanding! Exercise room was a weakness, but they did have equipment and activities. CDPs can only do so much and cannot sober up for you. I was equipped with tools I use to this day approaching 23 months clean and sober. And weed is legal here in Wa. Extremely wide range of people, but I didn't go for the people. I still keep in touch with a few from treatment that are living a new life as well. Food was great.
I was in inpatient in the fall of 2018. My experience with SMR was generally positive. The atmosphere they provide is extremely uplifting and hopeful that you can get your life back together. They provide group sessions which are extremely uncomfortable at first but ultimately worth it. The counselor you’re assigned to will take you through your lowest points of your addiction with the other members of your group and then will try and inspire you that you can do better. You go through the steps in the Big Book with your group and it really makes you confront yourself and your problems which led you to where you are currently. You’re given a journal to record your thoughts, literally anything you want, which for me was the perfect creative outlet. They also have an auditorium type room for film strips, NA meetings with the entire facility and speakers. Almost everyone I met who works at SMR has been through the recovery process themselves and the counselors take turns sharing their stories with us on stage. The food is pretty amazing, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, the facility is clean and bright. It was a great place to start my recovery journey. I’m not sure if it’s still the same almost five years later, but if it is I highly recommend Sundown for treatment. They helped save my life and I’m forever grateful.
