If you are investing in a family member’s health and well-being, you’ll need to make sure you’re making the best choice for your Miami alcohol and substance abuse treatment facility. While the smartest choice may still be to call our hotline advisors so they can discuss your personal requirements, reading how others have reviewed or rated some of the addiction rehabilitation clinics in or around your area is another great place to begin.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
I can not say enough good things about Synergy. They really do treat your mind, body and soul. The counselors and resident assistance are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The entire process is enlightening. Not only do they help with addiction but they also teach you healthy coping skills to handle the past, present and future events/feelings that may lead you to use your drug of choice. The group sizes allow for a more inviting and safe place to share. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. I felt like I was a guest in a close friends home not at a recovery center. The food is nutritious and delicious. They staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. The facility is clean and inviting. I was taken on several fun outings such as a baseball game and kayaking. My only desire was to have more on site outdoor activity.
Certified counselors help guide clients in creating individual recovery plans to treat the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. I was a client of the S.T.A.I.R.S. intensive inpatient program at Harris House. I found the program of educational groups, exposure to 12 step meetings and talk therapy in an environment that promotes "Recovery With Responsibility" gave me the tools to get my life back. I am grateful for the program and staff at Harris House and would recommend it to anyone considering an inpatient treatment facility.
