When you are investing in a family member’s health, happiness and wellbeing, you should make sure you’re making the best possible choice for your Oakville alcohol and drug dependence recovery center. While the smartest alternative may still be to speak to our hotline experts so they can discuss your specific requirements, seeing the ratings and reviews on some of the addiction recovery centers in your area is another excellent place to begin.

strength:I was treated like I was important. My counselor took ownership in my recovery and helped me get where I am now. The medical staff were nice and helpful but most of what I did involved a team of therapists that worked with me and my wife. It saved my life and my marriage. I am grateful. weakness:n/a They were innetwork with our insurance and still worked with us on a payment plan for our deductible and copays which made the difference of me getting into treatment or not. They care and I can't think of any way to say thank you other than going aroudn adn telling people. na me and my wife enjoyed how we were treated by staff both the treatment itself and the general interactions that we had regularly. More than anything, I saw with my own eyes the hurt and anger of people like me going in there, and cannot imagine the task of treating these people and making them happy :) I was one of those. Despite my attitude, times of wanting to walk away from it all, they remained calm and compassionate and talked me off the ledge... had they not I'm not sure I would be married still or even around for that matter.
This program provides a long term plan for recovery, and the environment to do so. There is peers support staff on 24/7. Clients are exposed to 12 step meetings and attend them regularly. The phase system allows clients to grow and develop at their own pace. While learning valuable skills: budgeting, meal planning, time management, and respect for themselves and others. Being a young program that isn't well known. I love working at midwest recovery centers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with addiction/alcoholism and recovery. The exposure of clients to the 12 step process and meetings is new and refreshing. This is the perfect program that combines IOP with a safe sober living environment.
30 days spent there, but not successful. Strength: The beauty of the facility. Weakness: Not realistic enough
