Having been to several treatments over the years, Northbound was far and away the most effective treatment that I have ever participated in. I was very scared but they made me feel very comfortable. The staff were always available to discuss issues I was having. The group sessions were very helpful and counseling was great. Great people who work at Valley Hope, and most are recovering addicts/alcoholics as well.
