When you are putting money into a family member’shealth and future, you’ll want to make sure you’re making the best choice for your Plummer alcohol and drug abuse recovery center. While the smartest course of action may still be to talk to our helpline advisors so they can discuss your specific requirements, looking at how others are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehabilitation programs near you is another good place to begin.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
They have a very high staff-to-client ratio. Everyone that works there has a lot of experience in dealing with addiction and even dual diagnosis which really helps. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. The meals are great. There seems to have been a lot of thought and attention to detail when planning this program. They actually care! One of their biggest strengths is their staff-to-client ratio. It's about 2:1. It's in a great location. Their program is awesome and uses proven modalities. They are up the canyon about 15 minutes off of the freeway. But at the same time, this is also a great plus to be in a secluded area.
I went to Northpoint recovery in June of 2017. Before attending, I was in and out of the rooms, and just couldn't stay clean. I got kicked out of my previous treatemnt center for relapsing multiple times and it got to the point that I was out of options. Going to Northpoint was the best decision I ever made. The staff was amazing. They truly care about their patients, always willing to help, and when I completed my stay they kept in contact with me. I now have 10 months, and in 2 months I will have a year clean for my very first time in one year. I am recomending this place to anyone who is in need. They were also very thorough in informing and teaching us about addiciton, along with giving us tools and assignments to that allowed us to reflect on our addiction, and gave us tools to help us stay sober.
