If you are putting money into your health, your future and your family’s wellbeing, you need to make sure you’re choosing the right option for your Robinson alcohol and drug dependence rehab program. While the best way to go may still be to call our helpline experts so they can discuss your specific requirements, checking out how other are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehabilitation centers in your area is another excellent place to begin.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
This facility has several levels of care and the staff to back them. Miracles hires peer mentors that bridges the gap between staff and clients. Miracles serves adult and adolescents. They could use better computers for clients to job serch. Their computers are old and out dated. I had tried other treatment facilities and miracles program for women had a different kind of care. It was very spiritual as is the women who work there. They have a way of getting you to focus on your spirituality and teach how to apply that in your daily living for a healthy sobriety.
My 24 year old son was a patient here. In my profession I have worked with addicts, alcoholics and counselors for 27 years. Unfortunatey, my son\'s individual counselor was horrible. She didn\'t care about his recovery at all. We were told we would hear from her within the first couple of days. We finally heard from her after almost two weeks when I repeatedly called her. During our counseling session with her she answered a phone call in the middle of my son reading an emotional letter to me. She also talked about a staff person who had a problem with addiction and cried as she did. It was very awkward and inappropriate. The administrator was even worse. She called my husband a liar when we expressed some concerns about our counselor and things that were reported by staff. She does not care about the patients and their families, or recovery. She is extremely condescending and unapproachable. I have worked with This Valley Hope for over 25 years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately the program seems to be suffering since the administrator took over a few months ago. Staff even say these two women are terrible at their jobs . Neither should be working in this type of environment. Hopefully someone will step in before the administrator ruins Valley Hope and it\'s reputation. Hopefully neither will jeopardize someone else\'s\'so recovery. The only saving grace was the family counselor. She really does care about the long term sobriety of the patients. She also truly cares about helping the families. She believes in doing the right thing. She shows her dedication and integrity every minute of every day.
