Hosting just 6 clients at a time, they are able to address the deeper, more complex issues impacting clients’ lives. They serve adults of all ages and genders who struggle with depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and clients who use substances to cope with a primary mental health condition. Clients can unwind in shared living and dining areas bathed in natural light. An in-house chef prepares nutritious meals, and personal trainers are available to support fitness goals. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball provide opportunities for friendly games and practice sessions.
