When you’re investing in your health and happiness, you need to make sure you’re making the best decision for your Springfield alcohol and substance abuse treatment clinic. While the smartest thing to do may still be to talk to our hotline experts so they can discuss your individual needs, seeing how others are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehab clinics near you is another great way to begin.

Serenity Point Recovery is such an amazing rehab. Amazingly enough I actually had fun while I was there and enjoyed my time. Going through detox obviously wasn’t the best, it’s not the best anywhere though and I was more comfortable going through detox at Serenity than I’ve been going through detox at other rehabs I’ve been to. The medical personnel and the staff working in detox made the whole process of detoxing much easier to get through. Once I was through detox and moved over to the actual program I sat down with my counselor and went over the different programs they have available. There isn’t one perfect system for getting every addict clean and sober and so they have a variety of different programs to choose from. I was able to do a program that fit with what I needed. Going through my program at Serenity was a completely different experience for me. The main thing was that the program I did made sense to me. I was able to work out the reasons behind certain actions of mine that always lead me to a relapse. Working on responding differently to those circumstances wasn’t easy but it was a big thing. One thing about Serenity is that some of the staff have been through their own troubles with addiction and so they were able to relate to me and the problems I was facing much easier than someone who just has experience at working at a rehab and not the other side of it. Another thing about Serenity is that they make sure their clients have a good time. When we aren’t in groups or classes there are plenty of things to do or activities that the staff create for us. They staff there are beyond anything I could have imagined. Every one of them is so caring and willing to do anything in their power to help with whatever you need. Even after I graduated. If I needed help working through something I never hesitated to call because I knew that the person I talked with would be able to help. My whole experience at Serenity was completely different from other rehabs and it’s because of that that I’ve been able to stay clean and sober since graduating.
Their website layout is good and easy to use. The specific care they dedicate to women is wonderful. I can't think of any weaknesses. It's a great facility. My sister admitted she had a problem not too long ago and Sacred Heart was recommended to us and we are so glad it was. They treated her with kindness and understanding. She came out with such a strong will to stay on the right track. We are so thankful for Sacred Heart.
I was a patient here twice. The first time i was there 155 days. My insurance quit paying after 90 days. Well i presented to stay to stay longer due to the fact it was my first treatment for alcohol and i was not ready to leave. The ED got it approved by the CEO to let me stay even tho my insurance was not paying. To me that in its self showed how much this company and staff really do care about the people who walk through those doors. I learned a lot about my self while I was there and how to apply the tools i gained to my recovery. I left on great hopes for success but after 4 months of being out i relapsed due to not applying what i did learn. well after being out 2 months using i went back the second time for 101 days. I took it more serious and actually wanted it. The overall love and support all the staff give you is by far the best. This is the best rehab I have ever been to. I have been to others in Texas and Florida and they shove one program down your throat thinking the same thing is going to work for everyone. This company does not do that they have many other options based on what i felt would be best for me and i loved the holistic approach. The holistic approach was new to me when i went there the first time cause other rehabs usually have Psych docs and get you on meds. i was on 13 different types of those meds the 1st time and they showed me other options such as vitamins and other holistic approaches that worked for me. To this day i have been off meds like that and could not be feel better. It is a unique approach to recovery and it worked for me. After i completed treatment the second time and completed sober living i got offered a job for the company. i am now coming up on my 1 year anniversary with the company. longest ive held a job sober. i could not be more grateful. i would recommend this company to anyone needing help for any drug problem they have and alcohol based simply on my experience as a patient with them and how they have contributed to my success to this day. I gave the 5 Stars for each category because i felt based on my experience they earned all that. I personally went to culinary arts school and the food there at BDR was excellent every meal. The Accommodations and amenities were more than enough to be comfortable. The Treatment effectiveness was by far the best ive seen. Im living proof of that.
