If you are putting money toward your health and your future, you want to make sure you’re making the right decision for your Stuyvesant Falls substance abuse rehabilitation clinic. While the most prudent way to go may still be to dial our helpline experts so they can discuss your personal requirements, reading the ratings and reviews on some of the addiction recovery programs near you is another good place to get started.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
PROS: Upon entering the facility you experience an overwhelming feeling of satisfaction because you selected to utilize their organization for your recovery. The staff are amazing individuals who are dedicated to their job. Evan the security guards were extremely hospitable. All the intake specialists make you feel at home and are very professional. CONS: [ LITERALLY] Each and every client I personally interacted with had an aura of a lost soul looking to go back to jail. They do not respect each other or the staff, they are all selfish and mean spirited. They do not share or appear to actually want to get clean. This is not a place for anyone who has never been to jail. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Location, insurance, assignments, nightly 12 step meetings in-house All on partial floor of hospital, no recreation, no creative activities, no guidance/opinion of 12 step. The aftercare placement was good --> placed me in halfway house. Took Medicaid, 1 on 1 counseling through but not incisive. No "lighthouse" of brilliance.
