I'm writing this review because this is the first place in years to actually take me seriously and truly helped me it's so bad I had to go out of my own state because my state doesn't care about anybody. Beachway therapy center cares cares a lot and as long as you're willing to do the work no matter how stupid or dumb you may think it is it helps there's a reason behind it. I was there for CPTSD, trauma, depression anxiety and personality disorder No one I was told that could help me I be this way forever. I was able to get rediagnosed and did the gene test for medications so I wasn't on this off that off that on this. Thank you Beachway therapy center JEM
River Oaks Treatment Center
Coming to River Oaks I was nervous and afraid of what was to come. Once here, I met a staff that was humbled and compassionate. Many of which I will dearly miss. I found myself again on that campus, I found purpose and direction but most importantly hope. My therapist Cami was phenomenal! There were day I wasn’t coping well and I found a sense of safety and compassion in her office. She took time with people even if it meant not going home till well after dinner. Cami I think you for seeing the potential in me and helping me see it in myslef. I will never forget you. Cami you’ve brought me back to life. The TAs Tarshae, Cecil and Rachel…while I loved many of the TAs these stood out! You never seen them sitting still or not giving 100%. They treated us all as human beings and not as just numbers on a list. You guys made being here a lot easier just because your hood people. I appreciate everything I learned here and feel like it’s saved me in so many ways. Going home with the belief I can change it all has empowered me and I give many thanks to River Oaks.
