Beckett Springs

Be very careful! They twist your words and tell you you need inpatient or you go on a 72 hour hold. Upon release they change your date several times to get more money. The help is in adequate! Find a different facility.

Highly recommend you do not attend this facility. I received a number of surprise bills in the mail, and client confidentiality and safety was put at risk due to staff not following policies and procedures.

The doctor I had lied to me. He did more harm then good. He is part of UC West Chester Hospital. I was looking for help for anxiety and depression. He told me I would need to admit myself in to Becket Springs just for 2 days to make sure his trestment had no dangerous effects on me. After I admitted myself the two days turned into 2 weeks. I was placed with mostly people suffering from severe sustente abuse. When I contacted someone from patience rights over the lies and conditions, I was ignored. What I was put through did more harm than good. I did learn things like; LSD is cheaper in Dayton than Cincinnati. Because I complained, and exercised my patients rights, I have been refused any help from UC West Chester Hospital. The retaliation by Becket Sorings and UC West Chester has done a great deal of harm to me. I believe that Beket Springs is looked at by the doctors and administration is a cash cow. All they care about is money and seem to have nothing but contempt for their patience.

I give this a 1 star because there is nothing lower that I am allowed to give it. My child was there, and the admin staff was completely useless in trying to provide helpful information and communication. We asked to speak to the doctor on several occasions only to get the run around. The Dr, if we should call him that, Dr Shakil Raham, was even worse than the facility. His license should be revoked! He didn't give any time or attention to the evaluation and made his decision based upon a few words, not the entire situation. If it is possible to believe, his communication was worse than the facilities. At least the facility called you back most of the time. Left many messages for the man asking for a return call, never received one. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! If you are looking for a good solid place, this is not it! If you have no other choice, then I pray for your sake you are able to glean some help the nurses on staff, they seem to be some of the few people there that care!

I\'m not reviewing this for myself but for my mother she was told she could not leave after she wasn\'t even signed in so they held her will it\'s not safe having normal addicts mixed with mentally ill patients there was issues with that and they keep moving her date back and they keep telling her she can leave and then moving it back so they can get more charges and they say their motto is you learn from your suffering her insurance pays for 3 Days detox and they\'ve already held her well over that probably so they can charge so they say suffering is your greatest teacher don\'t go to or send anyone in your family to this rehab if you care about their well-being
