A couple of the remaining counselor are alright, but the changes that have been made within the past year have ruined whatever this place had. Turnover is outrageous.

The staff really were dedicated to the success of the clients. The organization was mismanaged. Policies were unclear, paperwork was INSANE for staff members taking valuable one on one time away from clients, and the facility was VERY understaffed. I worked for this organization in a professional role. My experience was largely negative because it was so understaffed and underfunded. While the staff was caring and passionate, they had a high burn-out rate, as well as a high turnover rate.
