Michael B. Harle, MHSCEOMichael Harle is the President / CEO of Gaudenzia, Inc. Mr. Harle began his career in 1973 as a chemical dependency counselor, and shortly after, developed drug and alcohol treatment programs in three state correctional institutions in Pennsylvania. He received his Master's Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University in 1978 and holds a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Harvard University Business School.- Gadi Aronson, MSWDirector of DevelopmentGadi Aronson has been with Gaudenzia since 2004 and has more than 25 years experience in fundraising. Mr. Aronson is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and public relations for the organization.
