This is NOT the place to go if you want help! If you are forced to go here, ask your PO for ANY OTHER OPTION THAN HARBEL!!! None of the \"counselors\" have experience or knowledge on substance use. The supervisors and director are judgemental and talk about the clients like we\'re the scum of the Earth. I overheard them talking about a specific client and saying how \"pointless\" it is to serve said client because of a recent relapse the client had. Instead of trying to help clients they discharge them and blame the client instead of putting forth effort into the alleged \"counseling\" services they claim to offer. They misdiagnose people just to make money because they are all about money and don\'t care about the wellbeing of the clients! The counselors and supervisors talk down to the clients and treat us like we are not worthy of life. I also overheard the supervisor talking a counselor about the \"junkies and drunkies\" that take up space in the IOP group because they will never \"be successful in life.\" The only counselors that actually cared have all left.
