Amazing Facility! Highly recommend! They have fully revamped the program and its a big difference!
Prior client of HOPESS. Poor program, disgruntle staff, inability to be consistent with rules or daily routine, non working bathrooms, no hot water for resident showers, they take your food stamp card and still provide poor meals and no snacks.
