Great program and nice clean facility. The staff are mostly dedicated and happy people. They do whatever is in their power to accommodate you and there's a beach and pool. Groups are informative and easy to understand. A very good experience for me. Highly recommended
Horrible horrible horrible place! Don’t waste your money! Rude staff, awful food and no relaxation time. Meetings are crammed down your throat. They force you to go to meetings no matter how sick you are! People were vomiting and shaking from alcohol withdrawals sitting in meetings. It’s like a cult! The food is horrible if you get a chance to eat. They make you sit out in the hot sun on the ground for hours if they mess the schedule up which happens frequently. Very unorganized! Rude rude rude!! Staff. I could go on and on. Don’t waste your time!!!! They offer none of the activities that they promise on their website!
Effectiveness for emerald coast.....leaves something to be desired. Professional yes but effectiveness no. The reason why I say this is for a company that stands for healthy choices well you be the judge as I tell you. I was at emerald coast JourneyPure for 28 days while I was here got into with a tech who snatched a phone out of my hand. Let me say this too I’m also part of MHA Nation Lakota tribe for we have a contract with. I also while I was here bought some items online the had it shipped to JourneyPure well it didn’t arrive in time. It got there a day after I left. Someone at this facility signed my name kmayer. I left April 1st it didn’t arrive till April 2nd. Since someone signed my name JourneyPure doesn’t want to take responsibility for the actions it took which is one of the rules they ask u to keep. Hmmm....I don’t trust this company any more. I lost money coming to this company for help. Doesn’t make any sense

The best experience of my life!!! So grateful for the opportunity to go here and actually enjoy the experience of getting sober and getting my life back. I\'ve been to a ton of treatment centers and this is hands down THE BEST!
