This complaint is on the Therapist name Donelle. I spoke with Donelle today 08/05/23 around 3pm about setting up a familiar plan meeting for my wife Angelic Bully's release planning but Donelle's attitude was rude and nasty. First of all she never told me her name so that's was very unprofessional and that sent red flags then during the conversation she sounded very irritated and short with me as if she didn't want me to ask any questions. I'm very concerned about my wife's well being during her stay there and I'm concerned on the treatment towards my wife. I don't know if Donelle is used to Family members being concerned about their love ones or what be there was no need for her tone to be so disturbing. We're having a meeting this Monday the 7th at 11am and I pray that Donelle's attitude will be more pleasant. I question her integrity now and usually when someone's integrity is in question then their honesty is questionable as well. Thanks for your time.
