RCA in Indianapolis completely neglected to file the FMLA paperwork for husband while he was in treatment for 30 days. He did not have access to email or work phone , he trusted the office staff to do what they said and file the correct paperwork, they did not so he was listed absent without pay for a month. Family and household at home completely left to wind while RCA got paid for the month, they did not care to make sure he had a home to come back to.
