This is the WORST place. I\'ve heard so many great reviews from family and friends so I convinced my boyfriend to check in because of severe depressive episodes hes been dealing with for about 20 years. I called there first and talked with Edith, who led me to believe that he would be in detox for 7 to 10 day (for his alcoholism) and then could be referred to the residential program for his mental health. He requested an evaluation online a week prior and no one called him back. What he experiences is episodes where he, just upon waking up one day, has a blank look on his face, no expression, moving very slowly (possible grand mal seizures) and hes very emotional, burst out crying and doesnt know why, is very agitated by pretty much any communication or physical contact, needing to be alone....for as long as it takes, in most instances it\'s up to 2 weeks and as long as a month. Again, I was lead to believe he would deal with his mental health after 7 to 10 days of detox. Here\'s what ended up happening even before he got there: Aside from the fact no one contacted him to do an eval over the phone, when he called and they did the 45 minute eval, they told him he would be called in 1 to 2 business days, but could be called same day. He was told to call back next day 9AM. THEY LOST HIS PAPERWORK!!! So they had to do the eval again, and had to be \"re-reviewed\". He was called 3 hours later by Danielle who said he was accepted into the program and asked when he can be there. She didn\'t tell him a thing like how many days he\'d be there so he would know how many clothes he needed to bring. He had to ask. She said \"3 days worth\". Wait a minute, I (his girlfriend), was told 7 to 10 days for detox. Turns out its only 3 days, then he\'ll be withdrawing at home, but oh wait, you cam come to 3 half hour group sessions per week. I (his girlfriend) then called to speak with the person in charge of his treatment. I talked to a nurse (Cheryl) who didn\'t even know she was his charge. She then told me I\'m not on the \"release of info form\". I asked if he was even GIVEN a release of info form. She said she cant talk to me. This place wont tell you a damn thing about your loved ones treatment, they wont even tell your loved one what will happen. Ok, so if they will keep him in detox for 7 to 10 days, which is actually 3 days, then he will go into a residential program for his mental health that\'s fine, but WHY NOT JUST SAY THAT?? You know why? Because NO ONE KNOWS THEMSELVES whats going on. They make up the rules as they go I guess. I wouldn\'t recommend this shit hole to my worst enemy.

They were good with communicating with the patient. Let patient out to early patient was not ready to come out in the real world. They were very precise and accurate as far as admittance of the patient however I felt they left the patient leave too soon.
