Clients are invited to bring laptops, phones, and tablets to be able to continue working and keep in touch with loved ones throughout their stay. At the time of this writing, three former clients submitted reviews of Seaside Palm Beach to Rehabs.com: two glowingly positive and the other negative. Both positive reviewers raved about the success achieved, effective program, upscale environment, and “highly recommend” it.

The other positive reviewer, who brought their pet along rather than boarding it, wanted Rehabs.com to know about the: “Excellent therapy, beautiful townhomes, caring staff, excellent private chef and gourmet meals. Many of us are still sober years later.” Conversely, the negative reviewer criticized the competency of some of the staff, claimed the organization misrepresented the program, writing: “This is not a place to go to get well.”

WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY
To date, four friends and family members submitted split opinions of Seaside Palm Beach to Rehabs.com: two highly positive and the other two negative. Both on the plus side reported successful experiences for their loved ones. The one who participated in the Rehabs.com survey rated most metrics perfect five stars and four out of five stars with the notable exception of affordability, which caused the client to leave treatment early because it was too expensive and not covered by insurance, but added: “They taught him that he could have as much fun and enjoy life without drugs as he could with. That was three years ago and he's still clean.”
The other described the experience as “great” for their spouse and wrote: “He learned how to cope with his addiction in positive ways and has been clean since leaving the facility 4 months ago. He was able to work from the facility which made it much more convenient for him.”
The two other loved ones were outspokenly critical, from being “very disappointed in your facility” to “BEWARE!” One loved one, who recounted the experience of their son, claimed he had been moved to a halfway house too soon and “lost his battle.”
