    Richard HarlandBachelor of Science in Psychology, Certified Addictions Counselor II
    Richard worked with people with developmental disabilities for several years in the Colorado Springs area. Richard moved on to social work at El Paso Department of Human Services. Richard began taking counseling classes in 2009 and earned his CACII in 2011. Richard has been assisting people with substance use disorders for over seven years.
