It is very disappointing that it takes multiple calls just to schedule an appointment. Disconnected multiple times, transferred to wrong department and employee saying that people do not do their job. This needs to be fixed.

I don't think that anyone very much cared about the patients at this VA facility. I definitely had to make myself known and become an advocate for my family member. Most times I had to be not so very nice in order to get things done. Now they know who I am for sure! LOL. Too many classes, sessions, and/or activities were cancelled leaving the patient to his/her own devices. Not enough counseling or one on one.
