This program was very beneficial and is available only to veterans of the U.S. Military. I do not think those who have not had prior experience living in a highly environment would be able to complete such a program in the civilian world.
Strengths:Concern for patient. Weakness: Budget restraints. The VA does a fine job helping veterans get back into society.
