Brotherhood among patients........most counselors are in recovery themselves...has a good aftercare and support system...offers housing after treatment Too rigorous.....no family involvement.....upper management is not flexible concerning treatment options...... They need to be more open minded about treatment options for individuals......care less about statistics.....less rigorous, not do treatment 7days a week, 16hrs a day.....

Working with Co-Occurring clients who come out of jail or prison. Giving clients hope on life. Staff does not recieve benefits for their hard work.
