If you’re investing in your health and happiness, you need to make sure you’re making the best possible decision for your Leavenworth drug and alcohol abuse recovery facility. While the most prudent course of action may still be to talk to our helpline advisors so they can discuss your personal needs, seeing how others have reviewed or rated some of the addiction treatment facilities in or around you is another excellent place to begin.

Love the lectures, they are great at sharing their experiences and knowledge in a way that the kids can relate to. We are in a state that does not allow lock down facilities for teens or adults. This facility deals with teens and they tell the kids not to let door hit them on the way out. Facility has moved the 19 to 25 year old females from the adult facility to the adolescent facility where these females are allowed to smoke and the others are not, with their smoking area being outside the windows of the kids, triggering those who smoke. Facility is located in a not so nice areaFacility used to do "family week" where the parents could attend and learn more about addiction. They need to change the way they handle kids leaving the facility.
Prosperity Wellness was the 6th treatment facility i went to and actually graduated. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. It is trauma based so they dig deep into your past to try and figure out the trauma that led up to the addiction. They strongly believe in the GROW or GO policy. If you aren't doing the work you will be asked to leave. They want people there that want to be there, Not people who are MADE to be there. I came because i had been in active addiction for about 6 years, i had lost my kids and the only way i could get them back is if i quit using and got my life together. Being there for only 28 days changed my entire life. After i graduated i went on to graduate IOP and OP as well as living in Oxford sober living which they help you get into that. They don't have any vending machines besides sugar free pop and the meals are proportioned appropriately. I also went to sundown M Ranch and although their food was amazing, they were constantly feeding you. I gained in 8 days while i stayed there. They don't want to offer food all the time because people often disconnect from their self by eating food and lots of it. Prosperity wanted to make sure that you always stayed connected to what was happening with yourself. Everyone who works there is in recovery which makes them easier to talk to and relate with. Mr. David taught the lectures and let me tell you, this man KNOWS HIS SHIT! He is the former owner of prosperity. All of the staff truly cared and wanted to see you succeed. So Property gets 5 starts all around!
