Was recently here and had a horrible treatment stay. I was forced out and onto the street in the middle of nowhere because I wouldn’t agree to take more meds. I heard someone died here before too. Place is run down.

Place is pretty run down and gross. I was told it was a luxury facility but its really just a trailer in the woods.
