Areas of Specialization
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical behavior therapy is a treatment option that medical specialists use to treat a myriad of issues, including addiction, depression, PTSD, and other personality disorders. The skills you learn in dialectical behavior therapy help you to tolerate distress and negative emotions. You can also improve your ability to regulate your emotions, and be mindful of the moment. Additionally, you learn how to communicate with other people.
  • Holistic Therapy Program
Holistic therapy programs in Orange County, CA complement evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, individual or group therapy. These programs are non-medical treatments that treat the entire person: body, mind, and spirit. Furthermore, practicing these treatments brings your total health into balance. These practices may include meditation, yoga, energy work, massage, and acupuncture. Some holistic therapy programs may even consist of fitness or nutrition therapy.
  • Vocational Development
When you recover from drug or alcohol addiction, you may find it difficult to re-enter the workforce. You may especially experience this if you encountered legal problems during your addiction. The vocational development program at Renaissance Recovery can help you break down the barriers of employment and get back on track with your career. If you are unemployed after rehab, you are more likely to relapse back into addiction. The stress of finding a job, combined with the downtime you may have, can lead to a wide range of emotional triggers. For this reason, you must have a means of working when you complete your program. If you try to find a job on your own, it can take you several weeks or months to finally get employment. A vocational development program can get you on track for finding a job and keeping it long-term. At Renaissance Recovery, we do more than help you get your foot in the door. We gear our program toward long-term success in both your recovery and your work.

The skills you learn in dialectical behavior therapy help you to tolerate distress and negative emotions. You can also improve your ability to regulate your emotions, and be mindful of the moment. Additionally, you learn how to communicate with other people. Additionally, through the dialectical behavior therapy program in Orange County, CA, you learn how to stabilize yourself when things get uncomfortable or stressful. You’re able to ground yourself and maintain your inner peace. According to the principles of dialectical behavior therapy, our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are all interconnected. Therefore, once you learn how to stabilize your emotional and thought processes, you will be able to regulate your actions and stay away from drugs or alcohol.

One of the few places I could find that detoxed me off subs. With help of friendly staff it was not nearly as bad as doing it myself. Not even close. I slept every night at least a little with proper meds. You just have to speak up for yourself.

This program saved my life! If you truly want to get sober and clean THIS is the place to do it. The staff is top-notch, groups are on point, and lunch is delicious! Be prepared to be called out on your BS but also be supported through every step of your recovery. I can't recommend this program enough!
