If I could leave 0 * W/E staff is there just for the $ and sit at the desk until BOTH LIGHTS for help go on in one room. 5 nurses and if one has an intake and your 1 of her patients you're going to wait hours. God forbid they shut off a machine. 0*
I’m surprised to see any positive reviews from this place. The staff is careless, uninterested, and care is not patient centered. They treat everyone EXACTLY the same. It’s hardly therapeutic. It doesn’t matter how honest you try to be, you’ll be told you’re being deceptive and lying. I was put here against my will, surrounded by people who were in active addiction and genuinely needed treatment. As someone who walked in sober, it was a sad sight. The treatment of these women was truly devastating to me. Hopefully one we’ll be able to do better and offer better treatment services to people suffering.
