If you’re putting money into a family member’s health and well-being, you’ll want to make sure you’re making the right decision for your Pearsall drug and alcohol abuse rehabilitation program. While the most prudent option may still be to speak to our hotline advisors so they can discuss your specific needs, seeing how others are reviewing or rating some of the addiction rehabilitation facilities in or around you is another great way to get started.
Recovery.org is owned and operated by American Addiction Centers (AAC). AAC is a leading rehabilitation provider, offering all levels of care from detox to sober living, including 9 inpatient facilities nationwide.
My son spent 30 days in May at this facility and it saved his life - they taught him about addiction, how to deal with it and how to accept it and how to bring these skills home. They saved his life, brought my son back into my life and if you or someone you love are serious about handling addiction -- this is THE place to go. My son is still in constant contact with his counselor , is serious about handling it with AA on a constant basis. I can not say enough good things about this place.
I was fortunate enough to seek treatment at The Arbor in early 2016. The accommodations were very comfortable, far better than I expected for drug rehab. I loved being on a ranch and all the amenities made the hard work easier for me. I loved the staff and was able to move on to extended care and sober living within their org as they offer it all. I think that really helped me. I had tried outpatient treatment elsewhere a year earlier and have failed. I'm now nearly a year sober. Thank God!
Having just left Serenity after 34 days, wanted to make a few observations on the other comments posted. If you are using insurance or are paying for your treatment, the women\'s housing is a block away. The staff watches you all the way when you are walking. This house, \" the Lodge\" has a few more amenities and space than the campus dormitory. The majority of the clients here are state funded and stay in the main dorm. Also, this program is based almost exclusively on the 12 step methodology and is DEFINITELY faith based. This was my fifth attempt at sobriety and I would recommend this facility to anyone! I am not a Christian; however, I truly learned more here than I have in the last 35 years of my life. Don\'t discount Serenity because of its faith based approach. They have plenty to offer to all who have the desire for a better life.
