Ladies and men are not mingled here except at a few meetings and for a few activities. You will have to write about your life in perspective papers and exercises. It takes up your time and really gets you thinking about your lifestyle etc. There are washers and dryers. You are allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks. just no caffeine or chocolate.
