If you are putting money into your health and well-being, you’ll want to make sure you’re making the best possible choice for your San Juan Bautista alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation program.
There's always someone for the clients to talk to if their are any problems or even for leisurely conversation. It's a comfortably structured environment, clients have a set schedule, and attend intense, beneficial, and in-depth group therapy. They are provided for in all aspects, hygiene, meals, health, games. It's a calm energy, and a nice house with even nicer rooms and restrooms. There's none to share. My experience has been nothing but welcoming and helpful, you really feel a sense of accomplishment, gratitude, and hope. My only wish for this facility is that it becomes more well known, I strongly feel that a lot more woman would benefit and grow stronger having gone through a facility like Sanctuary. It eases you into what the next step in Life; and with anything outside of a facility that needs to be handled - this facility helps provide you with any information you may need, Sanctuary really cares about the specifics of every Individual that needs Help.
Kind people who are willing to go the extra mile to help. Thank you for the professionalism and attention to detail. It feels like a family at Luxe which is so rare to come by these days.
Medical care was decent. Communication between staff and patients alike tended to get spotty at times. A lot of the staff really do seem to care a great deal about our welfare, particularly Meghan, Scott, Manny, Nancy, and all of the cafe staff! I feel like I’m forgetting names. Activities planned were a welcome respite from constantly being reminded how many mistakes you’ve made. She really brings an amazing energy to the AA meetings and group activities. I am not a fan of the “stick to your floor” rule. I lost a ton of motivation when all friends I made on one floor got moved and I was no longer to see them outside of meetings. It was very discouraging, to say the least. Also, my bed was broken (the mattress was literally hanging off of the frame) and as much as I asked for help, this was never rectified. But my goal of safely detoxing was attained, and that’s all that matters.
