My mother called ARD when she found out I was using opiates. She was in tears and got such great information and compassion from the lady who answered the phone. When I spoke with her, she treated me with great respect. I had called other places but I was grossed out that they wanted me to recover in a hotel. Once we got to Michigan a nice driver picked us up and brought us to the hospital which was very clean. The intake process was very organized and the nurses and doctors were very informative and gave me and my mother a good overview of what to expect in the process.
